The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mentality and work ethic that will be applied towards building a mortgage loan organization. A bachelor’s degree in business or finance is also required, with eight to ten years of progressive leadership in a similar role in a mortgage banking environment, and thorough knowledge of and experience in mortgage lending operations, including FHA and other types of secondary market financing, product development, department organization, regulato0ry compliance and business development.
